Project Manager - Western Seattle, WA

We currently have an opening for a Lead Tech/Project Manager to cover the Western Seattle, WA, area. 

Role:

Working as a PM for TSi, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing assigned installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that such projects are completed to customer satisfaction and Tech Systems’ Standards on time and within budget. 

Requirements:

• You’ll need to have a good understanding of a wide range of security systems with experience in Lenel and C-cure being a great benefit, however a well-rounded knowledge of brands is highly advantageous for this role.
• Excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, working knowledge of Microsoft based products (such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook), Smartsheet and IT skillset with understanding of best practices when it comes to IP systems.
• Should ideally have at least 3 years “hands-on” experience in a similar role.
• Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.
• You’ll need to hold a valid and clean drivers license to travel to locations as needed.
• Part of an on-call rota.
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Strong time management skills, including ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, including, but not limited to, the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including, but not limited to, the ability to manage and interact effectively and in a supportive manner with Tech Systems’ staff, vendors, and customers and ability to work with and build teams of employees.

Package:

$35-50 per hour (depending on level of experience), 401k “fully loaded” TSi benefits, Employee-Owner, company vehicle etc.
