You’ll need a real appetite for creative, technical problem-solving and technology application. A strong travel bug and an interest in making the world a safer place wouldn’t go amiss either.
Talented engineers can do very well very quickly in the security tech field. Manufacturers are actively involved in certifying engineers to use their products, so training and cross-skilling are routine elements of the job.
