Service Administrator

Due to the expansion of their existing team, this leading Fire & Security Systems specialist are looking for a Service Administrator to join them at their Oldham office.

Responsibilities

• Check job portals are updated by the engineers
• Provide excellent customer service, whilst supporting any customer specific tasks
• Liaise with engineers and check that all portals are updated accordingly
• Assist with invoice enquiries and raise purchase orders
• Load certificates and any additional paperwork to the portal

Required

• At least 2 years’ administration experience within a busy service engineering department or a similar industry
• Flexible and adaptable to change whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Strong IT skills, including being a competent user of Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
