Zitko are working with a growing security company to find them a driven Account Manager, starting within an internal (office) position and progressing into Regional Sales within 24 months (or sooner depending on ability). The company we are representing are an employee focused, customer service driven and market leading Monitoring Centre, fully focused on providing their customers with the best possible service.
As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing an active portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional service and taking the leading on current/upcoming projects.
You will also be responsible for administrative tasks associated with your accounts, creating and presenting pipeline reports to the Head of Sales and also attending Client Visits with the Head of Sales. These will begin with 1 a week and then increase as you progress through the position, with the aim being promotion to Regional Sales Manager.
To succeed within this position, you must be; driven, proactive, ambitious and want to work within a busy and fast paced sales environment. An internal drive to step into a more customer facing Regional Sales role would be beneficial also. Ideally you will also have exceptional organisational skills along with being a strong communicator both internally and with clients.
This is an office based position with progression into a field based role.
