This long-established organisation has an excellent reputation and over 250 employees, now offering a fantastic opportunity for an office-based Account Manager to play a fundamental role in the business.
As an Account Manager, your main role will be to oversee a designated area/selection of accounts, ensuring all clients are receiving exceptional customer service. Further responsibilities will include market research, new business development, CRM system management, working towards budget targets, account performance reporting and supporting the field sales team with prospects and follow ups.
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have experience with account management within a product-based environment, however strong transferable skills from other account management style roles will be considered. Further qualities will include a tenacious approach to customer service, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, professional tele-handling ability, computer-literate and a drive to succeed in a friendly yet motivating environment.
