An excellent opportunity has opened to join a prestigious distributor of access control and CCTV technology, where you will be tasked with managing and expanding the South and South Central pipeline.

Our client has a vast product range to solve most controlled access and CCTV requirements, with an excellent technical team to provide bespoke solutions on more complex projects.

Job Role Summary:

Managing an existing sales territory (South and South Central), you will be primarily tasked with maintaining a current portfolio of clients and increasing revenue via business development and networking opportunities. In addition, you will build relationships with new security installers, technology re-sellers and systems integrators.

Expert resources are on hand to support with product demonstrations and technical queries, whilst a robust sales support team are also in place to assist you with building your client base. Whilst based from home, travel will be required across your sales region. This is very much a client facing role, therefore, you must have strong personable and relationship building skills.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of access control and CCTV solutions.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales channels and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record of account management and client retention.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills are vital.

Package:

  • Basic salary between £35,000 - £40,000
  • Uncapped On Target Earnings to take salary over the £55,000 mark
  • Car allowance and fuel card 
  • Additional benefits to include but not limited to strong pension contributions
