One of the Security sector’s biggest manufacturers of Video Security Solutions are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the South Territory - hiring immediately!
Building on 25 years of experience, our client are a global leader in the manufacturing of video security solutions to include CCTV, recording/management systems, security software and security services. Partnering with some of the biggest names in security, they are at the cutting edge of developing and delivering surveillance solutions!
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility is to generate organic growth across your designated region whilst managing an already established pipeline. Further responsibilities will include but not limited to prospecting integrators, end users and distributors, pricing/submitting sales quotes, conducting sales presentations/demonstrations at trade events and sales report creation and presentation to the Sales Director.
To be successful in this position, you will have experience working within the security sector in a new business position, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, experience dealing with end user/distributors/integrators within the security industry, a working knowledge of the video surveillance market and technology currently on offer. Traits required to be successful are an ambitious and self-driven outlook, excellent communication, highly self-organised with experience working from home, ability to integrate into a large organisation and pick up its values from the off, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and a constantly professional attitude to work.
The position is remote working with occasional travel to the company’s head office. Therefore a strong home office set up is also required.
Basic Salary up to £45,000 DOE
Excellent commission structure with an OTE around £60,000 - £65,000 depending on results
