Leading Global manufacturer of electronic locking systems are looking for a Country Manager UK to join their established sales team immediately!
Our client have been at the forefront of electronic locking systems for over 50 years, delivering exceptional products into over 120 countries worldwide.
Now looking for an experienced Sales Manager within the Access Control/Electronic Locking Systems markets, you will be responsible for managing a team of established Regional Sales Mangers whilst also meeting personal short-term business objectives and driving long-term revenue growth. You will also be responsible for the development of key accounts, sourcing and instruction of new distributors within given areas, new project acquisition through networking events and your own business development skills, development of long term road maps for driving market share and improving customer experience/satisfaction.
You must have experience within the Access Control/Electronic Locking System markets, preferably in the Hospitality sector, experience managing and motivating remote teams effectively, exceptional communication and presentation skills, high level negotiation skills having dealt with large, long tail sales process previously and foremost be an ambitious, driven and creative leader.
The position will be based from your home office, however easy access into London is essential.
Salary - £60,000 basic + Bonus incentive + Benefits.
