European Enterprise Partner Alliance Manager

Our client, is a leading Global Manufacturer of AV products and solutions, including; Digital Signage, LED Displays, Interactive Displays, Projectors, and Collaboration Solutions.

They are now looking to recruit an experience sales professional with the responsibility for growing and managing the European Distribution and Systems Integrator partner channel.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of the Tier 1, Top 5 - 10 strategic Systems Integrator and 2 Key Distribution partners,
  • Day to day management of the partners, acting as main point of contact,
  • Develop C-Level relationships within selected partners, influencing the sales and growth of company products and solutions,
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships within each European Country and throughout Europe,
  • Define and deliver a successful partner programme with measurable outcomes to increase market share and revenues,
  • Provide excellent training programs for partners to improve product knowledge,
  • Develop a Partner Certification program, promoting high partner standards and achievements,
  • Educate partners on targeted customer vertical markets, ensuring growth plans are aligned,
  • Drive strategic initiatives through top partners and distributors to increase market share and revenue,
  • Actively source and promote strategic partnerships with technology partners,
  • Internal and External stakeholder management, providing weekly and monthly activity updates,
  • Share market intelligence with company sales teams to ensure maximum market penetration.

 

Experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate channel partner and alliances partner sales experience,
  • Demonstrable experience in managing pan-European and /or Global Integrator partners,
  • Hold existing relationships, and knowledge, of leading AV / IT Systems Integrators and Distributors,
  • Experience in a similar role working for a leading AV / VC / IT Manufacturer, or Systems Integrator,
  • Solutions focused mindset, able to discuss and negotiate and total technology offering,
  • Have very good analytical skills, with ability to define and achieve targets,
  • Fluency in English, with other European language skills.
