Our client who is a market leading security product manufacturer of public address and audio solutions, are looking for a Project Sales Manager to join their established sales team with immediate start. Demonstrating an ability to be at the cutting edge of technology within their field, this position is an excellent platform to work for a forward-thinking company. 

As a Project Sales Manager your main responsibility is to maintain and develop sales accounts of IP Intercom audio solutions across the south of the UK. Further responsibilities are creating organic growth from accounts with values up to £100,000, targeting major electrical contractors, distributors and security installers, attend trade shows to demonstrate products and network, work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team to generate growth, survey and design AV/Public address security plans, work collaboratively with other Fire and Security manufacturers to work on projects together and create sales reports for the Sales Manager. 

To succeed within this position, you will;

• Have experience with Account/Key Account Management.
• Be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Have a natural ability to nurture and maintain profitable relationships.
• Be comfortable in dealing with all levels of colleagues and clients.
• Be familiar with sales forecasting and reporting and have a passion to work with cutting edge tech.
• Be confident with travelling extensively across the South of the UK as this is a field sales role.

Remuneration

• Basic salary up to £45,000 DOE
• Robust twice % yearly bonus depending on KPI performance. OTE £55,000
