Regional Sales Manager CEE & Africa

Zitko is delighted to working on a Retained Recruitment opportunity with TEXECOM, a leading manufacturer and provider of Intruder Alarms Systems and Security solutions.

Due to extensive growth and sales success throughout Europe, they are now looking to recruit an experience sales professional with responsibility for continuing the sales growth in CEE and Africa.

 

Role Purpose:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key Distribution and Partners throughout Central & Eastern Europe, and Africa, to grow sales within the regions and ensuring sales, profits and margin targets are achieved in line with overall business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities in the Region
  • Identification of digital opportunities and growth of recurring revenue models
  • Build a business plan in the region that creates short and long-term success for business development in the Region
  • Execute sales and manage customer accounts to achieve financial budgets
  • To regularly visit customers and prospects throughout the Region
  • Provide monthly forecasts to the Regional Head of Sales with weekly progress updates
  • To create and effectively communicate the sales pipeline to Regional Sales Head
  • Support the distribution channel in the Region and direct business through the correct channels
  • Actively participate in MarCom activities and events across the Region and propose key local marketing activities to accelerate sales revenue growth
  • Improve market intelligence by gathering and reporting information regarding certifications and product requirements within the Region

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ Security industry experience
  • Excellent knowledge and network of Distribution, Wholesaler, and Integrator partners
  • Consultative selling skills including good questioning and listening techniques
  • Ability to ‘close’ sales
  • Strong organisation, follow through and documentation skills
  • Efficiency and time-management skills across multiple client demands
  • Strong Written/Verbal Communication skills
  • High level of effective presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage conflict
  • Fluent English speaking skills and competent in written skills
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to create interest via Social Media
  • Will be currently living in Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, or Czech Republic
