A market leading Physical Access Control manufacturer are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - South.
Our client is a forward thinking, progressive and ambitious manufacturer having been established within the physical access control sector for over 30 years. Offering a wide variety of specifically tailored solutions, our client sells into multiple channels such as large-scale offices, education, leisure and government.
Benefitting from strong board level backing and having gone through an excellent growth phase, they are now looking for an experienced business developer to bring market and product knowledge, ambition and an already established network to the sales force.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the South region to include London. Your main duties will be to develop existing accounts, use your already established network to bring in new clients, attend trade shows and demonstrate products, manage your own diary efficiently, produce sales reports for 1-1 meetings with the Head of Sales and work effectively towards sales targets around the £2million mark.
You will be expected to have strong physical access control industry knowledge, preferably an already robust network of contacts, exceptional communication and time keeping skills, a proven track record of handling short and long tail sales with targets over £1.5million and be familiar with working from home/independently.
Basic salary £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
Bonus scheme bringing OTE circa £80,000
