Fire and Security Service Engineer - London

Our client is a global fire and security company, who specialise in providing integrated fire and security systems throughout high end commercial and retail environments. They’re looking for an experienced Fire and Security Service engineer to join their national company.

You will be responsible for working with large and professional organisations, servicing fire and security systems such as GENT, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Kentec, Menvier, HIKVision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of fire and security systems.
• Service of both conventional and analogue addressable fire alarm systems to a high standard of workmanship.
• Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
• To actively always support company policies and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
• Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.

Required

• Experience working with top branded systems such as, Advanced, C-Tec, Kentec, Menvier, HIKVision, Paxton, Texecom and Galaxy.
• Experience of conventional and addressable fire systems across a range of manufacturers equipment.
• Network/IP based product experience is desirable.
• A proven background and experience of working within fire and security engineering.
• Good communication skills.

 Remuneration

• £32,000 - £36,000 + OT + travel time
