Fire Alarm Commissioning / Projects Engineer – Crawley

• A leading manufacturer and installation specialist of Fire & Security Systems, in the UK and Europe, are looking for a Fire Alarms commissioning / projects Engineer to join them, as they expand their team.
• As the Commissioning Engineer, you will provide commissioning to all the conventional and Addressable systems on sites that are based South of the River Thames, namely Crawley around to the Bromley area, Basically the South of the M25 area.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of Fire alarms and related fire systems
• Part of the Projects team where you will learn key parts of the projects process.
• Leading a small team as required at times.
• Maintenance and repair of product software and alteration of system settings.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with client Service Level Agreement requirements and expectations in a timely manner, with client sign-off and all necessary photographic recording performed as required.

Required

• At least 10 years as an electrical Engineer with excellent Fire Systems experience.
• High level technical and electronic security skills.
• Sound knowledge of the Fire industry.
• Systems such as Advanced, Kentec, Ems radio and Ziton.
• Genuine interest in learning about new products, and third-party lines.
• Hardworking and keen to progress within the Company based on your efforts.

Package

Basic of £40,000 + monthly bonus + benefits

Choice of vehicle, 33 days paid holidays, NO call-out and NO London works

Location

Surrey, South London & North Kent areas. Most works are South on the M25.
