Security Engineer

Zitko are working in partnership with Ajar Technology who are an up and coming growing business with offices in Manchester and London and customers to include government, airports, police, prisons and more. They work with Axis, Genetec, Eagle Eye, Tyco, Milestone, Suprema, Brivo, Honeywell. They are seeking a security engineer in the Manchester area to join their team to be involved in both service and installation work.

Role:

As the Security Engineer you will be responsible for the service and installation of a range of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems. The position allows for work life balance as although there is overtime available there is no call out rota.

Responsibilities:

• To provide day to day service, maintenance and repair of the large-scale IP CCTV systems, access control systems and some intruder systems
• Installation of IP CCTV, access control and intruder systems
• To complete a planned preventative maintenance regime

Required:

• Sound knowledge of CCTV, Access Control systems, intruder systems
• On site repair capability
• IP CCTV such as Axis, Milestone, Genetec
• Access systems such as Genetec, Salto, CEM, Brivo. Training provided where needed
• Galaxy intruder alarm experience
