2nd Line Support Engineer

Growing tech distributor are looking for a driven and pro-active 2nd Line Support Technician Immediately!

Then this Technical Support position could be perfect for you!

As a 2nd Line ST, you will be predominantly responsible for the day to day technical queries that their clients may encounter. Furthermore, you will; support the sales team with all proposal creations and technical expertise, be the "go to" person for all technical queries across a multitude of market leading products and occasionally get to visit international sites to provide technical insight. 

To succeed within this position, ideally you will have; a strong understanding of IT and desirably CCTV - IP, digital, Analogue and Video Management Software. Further knowledge in security integration software, very strong IT skills, a pro-active outlook, an ability to communicate well both internally and to clients and a flexible work ethic.

This position is predominantly office based so you can integrate into the friendly, welcoming and forward thinking team!

Remuneration

• Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
