Technical Support Engineer

Then this Technical Support Engineer (TSE) position could be perfect for you!

Our clients are a leading manufacturer of Access Control and Intruder Detection products who also specialise in systems integration software. 

As a TSE, you will be predominantly responsible for the day to day technical queries that their clients may encounter. Furthermore, you will; support the sales team with all proposal creations and technical expertise, demonstrate products at trade shows and on-site visits (ad hoc), be the "go to" person for all technical queries across a multitude of market leading products and occasionally get to visit international sites to provide technical insight. 

To succeed within this position, ideally you will have; a strong understanding of Access Control & Intruder Detection systems along with security integration software, very strong IT skills, a pro-active outlook, an ability to communicate well both internally and to clients and a flexible work ethic given how much the day to day responsibilities may vary.

This positions is predominantly office based however once established within the role, flexible working may be available. 

Remuneration

• Flexible basic salary depending on experience - £35,000 - £55,000.
• Company car or car allowance. 
• Additional benefits to include a strong pension contribution and private healthcare (once probation passed).
