Having produced exceptional products for over 100 years, our client is a market leader in physical security measures from speed gates, turnstiles, hostile vehicle mitigation and more! Covering multiple verticals including High Security, Government, Education, Leisure and more, they are going from strength to strength with ambitious growth plans for 2023/24, which is where you’ll come in!
As the Head of Sales, your main responsibility is to manage & motivate the sales team whilst growing the company’s total revenue. To achieve this, you will; work across all areas of the sales cycle to deliver exceptional CX and up/cross sell where necessary, educate & coach all members of the sales team to increase productivity and sales output, be responsible for adding to/creating the company’s sales strategy and delivering, attend trade shows/networking events to grow company presence and want to be involved with overseas sales activity, responsible for all sales reporting to the board.

This position operates as a hybrid working set up, with a mix of working from home, ad hoc office visits when required, national travel and potentially some international travel.
