Senior Marketing Manager - Digital & Online Marketing

Our client is a global technology leading solution provider of premium Video Surveillance Security, IoT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Due to accelerated growth within their UK business, they are looking to recruit an experienced marketing professional with responsibility for developing complex marketing solutions. With their Head Office in the US, and offices globally, their primarily focus is on the development and deployment of artificial-intelligence-based solutions for businesses globally.

 

Role

  • To develop and oversee marketing activities to promote the company products and services.
  • The Marketing Manager encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities, working closely with other teams in areas such as Sales, R&D and Finance in order to improve internal communication and brand activities.
  • Publish content to social media channels on a regular basis (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and in line with guidelines within the Marketing & Communications Strategy.
  • Write compelling company news, client usage stories and blogs that align with overall global industrial trends and news.
  • Make compelling content and videos for webinars and virtual events, demonstrating new products and features whilst effectively presenting the value proposition.
  • Execute and manage social media campaigns to build followers, enhance visibility, brand awareness, and drive engagement.
  • Conduct analysis to assess the performance of digital content.
  • Build relationships with third-party publishers to provide regular content contributions.
  • Work with internal resources and external agencies to provide content to third-party publishers on a regular basis.
  • Create and localise content for international audiences.
  • Optimise content for search engines.
  • Make recommendations to management regarding improvements.
  • Ensure all campaigns and content are in compliance with the Marketing & Communications Strategy and the organisations overall Strategic Plan.
  • Create and manage scoping documentation, program schedule, and project checklists.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • To work very closely with event agencies to organise and design the Stand for events such as Shows and Conferences.
  • Advise/strategize on marketing and advertising requirements.
  • Act as ‘brand guardian’ and maintain brand assets – maintain guidelines for use of logo and co-ordinate all print production/online templates for stationery/publicity material, e.g., newsletters and invitations, using the logo/brand to ensure correct use of identity. 
  • Organise and manage photo shoots and filming sessions. 
  • Work with the management to conduct appropriate market research including competitor analysis, demographic and economic reviews.
  • Ensure the systematic collection, review and analysis of market information to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges.
  • Updating CRM system.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, covering a wide range of marketing disciplines.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and leading marketing campaigns, online and digital marketing competencies, marketing agency management, and lead/demand generation.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced organisation, with multiple stakeholders, business units, etc.
  • Willingness to be based in London 3 days per week, with flexibility to work from home 2 days depending on workload and business requirements.
