Leading CCTV Monitoring & Alarm Receiving Centre looking for a Customer Experience Manager - Bristol immediately!
Established in 1999, this NSI Gold Approved Company provide monitoring solutions for Asset Managers, FM companies, and professional Installers/Integrators. As a Customer Experience Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure that the customer is at the forefront of every interaction across the company, from Account Management calls to Invoice handling. Further responsibilities include managing a team of 4 full time and 1 part time customer experience/administration employees, attending trade shows to represent the client, internal auditing of employee/customer correspondence to ensure a high standard of customer service is upheld, key account management via teams and face to face meetings, management over social media marketing and efficient complaint resolution.
You will be a motivated and efficient self starter, have exceptional organisation skills, be familiar with leading a customer service/administration team, be confident with face to face/teams account management meetings, have excellent communication skills, be familiar with using a CRM system along with being confident with computational tasks. You will ideally be familiar with the CCTV/Alarm Receiving Centre sector, having spent time within customer experience/administration team leading positions previously.
The position offers a fantastic mix of working from home and coming into the head office based in Bristol.
A full DBS check will be required upon offer acceptance, a Limited Screening DBS check will be required prior to offer (3 years’ work experience with references).
£30,000 salary + standard additions to include a phone and laptop
