European Healthcare Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading Global Manufacturer of AV, Technology, and Electronics products and services, is looking to recruit an experienced sales professional to join their European Healthcare Business Unit.

Requiring a Pan-European mindset, and proven sales experience targeting healthcare customers, you will develop and drive the sale of the company range of medical imaging devices including medical and surgical monitors, portable X-Ray products, etc.

Develop relationships with key end user customers, as well as industry integrator partners etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with key customers (hospitals, key accounts, and OEM partners) in throughout Europe.
  • Responsible for new product introductions and sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Manage and support key accounts' sales activities.
  • Take part in main healthcare exhibitions in Europe (ECR, MEDICA, JFR, etc.).
  • Develop a short term and long-term pipeline of medical displays and DXD business opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales teams across European subsidiaries on sales and marketing strategy targeting healthcare customers.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, i.e., customer specific needs, market trends, competitor intelligence, medical regulations, new product requirements, etc.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling into the Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the Healthcare market.
  • Extensive network in this industry and connections with key decision makers.
  • Demonstrable negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to address internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly focused on business targets.
  • Excellent team worker, self-driven and self-motivated.
  • University Degree and/or Master’s in Business Management / Marketing / Engineering or similar would be ideal.
  • Excellent command of English and another European language would be beneficial.
  • Currently located in Western Europe (Netherlands, Nordics, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, France, etc.).
