Our client is a leading manufacturer of HVAC, Solar / Photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage battery solutions, supporting domestic customers globally.

Due to expansion throughout Europe, they are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional, with demonstrable sales success in the either Solar / PV, Energy Storage Solutions, or Air to Water Heat Pumps.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities offering total domestic energy solutions, partnering with new and existing distributors and installers, as well as contractors and consultants.

Key Tasks:

  • Builds up brand recognition and awareness throughout the Iberia region for energy package solutions, including Solar / PV, Energy Storage battery solutions, and Air to Water Heat Pumps.
  • Creates new businesses with distributors and installers.
  • Onboard new B2B end-user partners, including construction companies, MEP contractors, consultants, etc.
  • Working closely with independent solar and HVAC business units to provide total energy solutions.
  • Champion the brand to attract new distribution and installer partners.
  • Develop a clear sales strategy for the Iberia region ensuring profitable growth and high customer loyalty.
  • Monitor market developments and competitor solutions to provide R&D and HQ with new product ideas.
  • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions, working with marketing teams to drive customer loyalty.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in the energy sector, working with Solar / PV, Air to Water Heat Pumps, or Energy Storage products.
  • Outstanding sales personality, with demonstrable experience in achieving targets and setting high standards.
  • Existing contacts and network with key industry distributors, installers, contractors and consultants.
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic, able to influence and gain buy-in from other departments.
  • Strategic thinker, metric driven and goals oriented individual.
  • Always striving for self-improvement, with resilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
