Training Solutions Engineer

A globally-recognised Tech Manufacturer are looking for a Training Solutions Engineer immediately!

Creating exceptional products since the 1930s, this multi-national company are leading the way in enterprise level security solutions within exciting area's such as High Security & Perimeter Protection. They invest heavily in their own research and development, putting them at the forefront of the Access Control industry.

As a Training Solutions Engineer, your main responsibility will be the delivery of product specific training to channel partners, end users and consultants. Further responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting the development and planning of training programmes, presenting and demonstrating software specific solutions including Networking/TCP-IP addressing & Operating Systems, reporting training feedback to senior management and assisting in the development of products via market research. 

To succeed within this position, you will have strong IT/Software configuration knowledge, be familiar or comfortable presenting to and training adults, have a passion for working for a market leading tech manufacturer, be tenacious and thorough ensuring all attendee's leave the training with a PASS and have an interest in working within the security industry.

If you are familiar with software solutions and configuration, especially within an access control (security) remit but have no prior training experience, training courses can be provided. 

This is a fully office based position with ad hoc visits to clients, channel partners, end users and installers.

Package

• £40,000 - £45,000 salary
