Project Manager – Enterprise Security Systems
Ireland – Dublin and EMEA
Great development role for a PM or junior PM. Work with our newly established in-country team. Manage sophisticated rollouts for world-famous Tech and Blue-Chip customers.
Northland Controls designs, commissions and supports enterprise level security systems for the world’s biggest multinational companies – including 6 of the Silicon Valley top 10.
The systems we integrate often extend around the world, and with our work in Ireland growing substantially, we’ve now opened a Dublin office.
Now we’re looking for a second Project Manager to join the in-country team in delivering sophisticated solutions (Lenel, S2) at some of Ireland’s most prestigious corporate sites.
The job offers a lot of variety and involvement. Working with the engineering team from project design phase on. With vendors and subcontractors to keep logistics running smoothly. And with clients, to make sure their needs are understood and met.
The broader your knowledge of the project management and engineering process, the better. So, it could well be that you’re a PM or Junior PM from a smaller company, looking for the opportunity, and training, to step up.
Whatever your career history, you’ll be part of a globally renowned organisation that’s strongly established in the USA, Europe and Far East. One that’s grown from $1m to $80m in just ten years and can offer you an exciting career path around the world.

Security Systems Installation Project Manager. The role
You’ll be planning and scheduling engineering, installation, commissioning, and subcontracting activity for all jobs, from first concept through to Notice of Closure.
This will utilise your project administration skills to the full, across estimating, planning, scheduling, procurement, financials, tracking, variations, and reporting.
There’ll also be a role in the team’s wider activities, including the development of bids and proposals that will feed an already active project pipeline.
During your first months you’ll work on a major installation and commissioning project taking place in Ireland, while supporting the EMEA project team with current work.
Longer term, your focus will be Ireland. The in-country business is growing fast, and you’ll be ideally placed to grow with it.
We’re looking for someone who’s fired up by cutting edge tech and enjoys going the extra mile to solve challenging problems.
Beyond this, you’ll need to be a versatile team player, with strong project administration skills and a sound awareness of security systems installation and commissioning.
There’ll be excellent personalised training available to get you up to speed when you join, and great prospects. We believe strongly in promoting our people.
