Lead Project Engineer – Sheffield/South Yorkshire

Are you an experienced Project Engineer, looking to move up into your first full project Junior management role / lead role? One that offers great training, as well as P&L level responsibility?

Well, here’s your flying start! Our client who is a reputable company that’s made quite an impact on the Fire & Security Market. You’d be working with a project management team that runs projects valued £50,000 to £500,000, across sectors including New Build, Education, Government and Commercial. Those project values mean you can start relatively small while thinking big. And you’ll have great back-up from experienced PMs, along with responsibilities that will grow with you.

Your projects, many integrated, will cover the full security tech spectrum, using high-end equipment from names such as Synectis, Nedap Hikvision, Avigilon, Salto and C-Cure.

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the industry certifications. You soon will have, along with training in areas such as fire regulation, customer relationships and project management systems.

With a turnover growing annually, is just the right size. You’ll have solid resources and job security, along with plenty of opportunity to shine.

What will you need?

• You should have solid project engineering experience, gained in the Fire and / or Security field.
• Also, you will have a very good cross section of systems experience, ideally, some enterprise systems knowledge as well as the market leaders.
• You enjoy planning and coordinating projects, as well as working with customers and colleagues.
• You appreciate the importance of delivering great work profitably (something the company will build on with training).

Remuneration

• Upto £40,000 DOE
• OTE £46,000
