Business Development Manager (PBSA Build to Rent Residential Sector)
Our client is an extremely reputable access control manufacturer within the Fire and Security industry and due to ongoing growth and success they’re looking for an experienced Business Development Managers to come on board and join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity as Salto already have large scale established accounts within this sector which will give you the opportunity to inherit existing accounts aswell as building new business from your own network. You will be fully supported by your line manager with full training provided but ultimately to be successful you will need to be self-motivated, driven and an ambitious individual.
You’ll be responsible for strategy creation and execution for driving demand in your assigned vertical market. You will need to work closely with marketing to help create demand generation campaigns and monitor/manage their effectiveness. This role will also need to identify and build partnerships with key constituents This is a UK (England, Wales, Scotland, NI Ireland) facing role and you’ll be expected to drive increased revenue in the UK.
This is a hybrid position which means you will be managing your own diary, out on the road, meeting clients and maintaining relationships. A key part of this role is being comfortable engaging with customers face to face and attending any relevant events within the industry.
