Gantner Ticketing delivers, installs and maintain hardware and in-house developed software applications, optimizing all customer facing operations for admissions, bookings, POS systems (ticketing F&B, Retail), membership management and admission processes.
In order to support our clients international growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in the UK/KSA region with the main focus on GB/Middle East. The BDM identifies new business opportunities, generates revenue and helps the company grow. The BDM reports to the Salto Business Unit Manager.
Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Gantner Ticketing opportunities and target prospects in the assigned territory. This includes prospecting & lead generation through all available means like e.g. cold calling, emailing, visits etc. for the assigned territory and/or target Vertical Industry segment with the aim to generate a healthy pipeline.
When an opportunity is created with a potential end-user, you will demonstrate the solutions, conduct an inventory of the client’s specific needs and provide a commercial proposal and handle the (price) negotiations to the end-user and winning the opportunity.
During this process the BDM is actively supported by the International Business Development Manager (located in the Netherlands) with the goal to win new business and customers for Gantner
During this process the BDM supports the end-user with functional and technical support if needed.
The Business Development Manager actively looks for opportunities in the territory to promote the Gantner Ticketing product portfolio through product demonstrations, presentations and participation on industry events and/or trade shows.
