Business Development Manager - Italy

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of IP security surveillance cameras and security solutions.

They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager with the responsibility for developing new business sales projects throughout Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop close relationships with end users, systems integrators, consultants and specifiers in the IP video security market, promoting the full range of company products.
• Using your market knowledge gained by strategic and active analysis, influence decision makers to deliver sales growth in the region.
• Implement and execute both short and medium term sales planning.
• Liaise regularly with marketing and product management teams to share market information.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting to achieve budgets and targets.
• Extensive travel throughout Italy.

Experience:

• A proven track record in business development/sales.
• Experience and knowledge of CCTV and associated technologies.
• Experience in presenting solutions to end users, systems integrators, consultants and specifiers.
• Demonstrable experience working for a CCTV manufacturer, integrator, or partner.
• University degree level would be beneficial, but not essential.
• IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to demonstrate motivation of partners to achieve targets, and be an active team player.
• Pro-active sales approach.
• Native Italian skills, with a very good level of English.
• The chosen candidate will ideally be living and working in the Lazio region of Italy.
