A leading security service provider are looking for a Business Development Manager - South immediately!
As a leading provider of monitoring solutions for Asset Managers, FM companies, and professional Installers/Integrators, my client are looking to expand their business over the course of 2023! They boast a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, have strong growth plans and are committed to the development and success of their employees.
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to bring in new clients and expand the clients’ already existing portfolio across the South of the UK. Further responsibilities will include attending trade shows to build your network/be the face of the client, conduct detailed market research and target specific end users/distributors, work towards a specified yearly sales target (KPIs are flexible and to be discussed during interview stage), assist in sales forecasting/report production and manage your own sales pipeline.
To achieve this, you will ideally have a proven sales record within the security sector, be familiar with selling to installers and distributors, have excellent organisation skills, be confident with face to face/teams account management meetings, have excellent communication skills and be familiar with using CRM Software.
The position will be predominantly working from home, however regional travel across the South is required, with ad hoc visits to the head office based in Bristol.
A full DBS check will be required upon offer acceptance, a Limited Screening DBS check will be required prior to offer (3 year’s work experience with references).
