This national company has a proven track record of securing exciting and diverse contracts. They specialise in delivering top-tier security products and services, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Apply inspirational leadership skills to improve the QHSE culture positively and engagingly.
• Deliver internal training to promote understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality subjects.
• Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure standards are upheld.
• Produce risk assessments and method statements for company projects.
• Ensure proper usage and adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Provide quality health and safety training and inductions.
• Manage and maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, and other accreditations and registrations.
• Conduct internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with external auditors to maintain industry-specific registrations.

Qualifications

• IOSH certification.
• Previous experience in a similar compliance role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational abilities.
• Adaptability and effective task prioritisation.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with external contacts and colleagues across departments.

Remuneration

• Competitive salary £42,000-£45,000
• Full Time 9:00 – 5:30 Monday to Friday
