Customer Success Manager - Hertfordshire
Zitko is delighted to be partnering with this independently owned group of established businesses who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic life safety and security systems to recruit a Customer Success Manager.
Operating from Hertfordshire, the vision is to scale a sustainable and dynamic group of businesses through continuous investment and development of its people. Our client is seeking a customer-focused leader to drive the Customer Success Team, ensuring the highest level of customer experience is delivered by supporting the team with their day-to-day activities striving to achieve KPI's and playing a crucial role in the future success of the business. Duties will include interpreting and analysing departmental data from the CRM system (Simpro) supporting the team in a highly reactive environment with decisions, scheduling of works to meet industry-set guidelines and internal KPI's, administrative support, primary contact for internal departments and stakeholders together with the support/management of internal and external software.
