We’re looking for an IT Analyst to join the team at this Market Leading Global Tech Business. You will play a critical role in supporting the IT and Engineering teams by providing data driven insights, conducting in depth analyses, and contributing to the decision making process. You will work closely with IT and other cross functional teams to optimize processes, develop documentation, implement new standard operating procedures, improve operational service performance, and ensure the highest operational standards of quality and efficiency are maintained. What you’ll do: ● Perform complex engineering analyses to assess the performance, efficiency, and safety of various services within Deployment Engineering that include IT Infrastructure, Security Technology, Data Center Operations, AV Engineering and IT Asset Management.● Identify and resolve technical issues with our team’s operational processes and projects.● Maintain and administer Jira, Confluence and Google workspaces hosting all projects and operations related materials and knowledge bases.● Implement modifications to various Jira projects in support of various teams within IT. These modifications can include generating new ticket types, metrics tracking, creating new project templates, creating automations and implementing internal customer facing support portals.● Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications, including updates, patches, and licensing.● Collect and interpret data from various sources to aid in decision making processes. This includes presenting findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders, which could be through reports, presentations, or technical documents.● Work closely with other engineers within IT to ensure that analyses are aligned with project or operational goals and constraints.● Actively seek ways to improve engineering processes, reduce costs, enhance performance, and increase efficiency.● Analyze business requirements and assess existing IT systems to recommend improvements, upgrades, or new solutions that align with organizational goals.● Stay informed about emerging technology trends, evaluate their relevance to the organization, and make recommendations for adoption when appropriate.● Provide training and guidance to internal teams and contract vendors on IT best practices, software applications, and standard operating procedures.● Interact with vendors, evaluate their products and services, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the organization receives quality services and support.● Oversee specific projects or components of projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress. Minimum Qualifications: ● 2-4 years of previous work experience in a similar role and minimum high school diploma.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.● Proficiency with IT service desk processes and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: ● Proficiency with Jira and Google Workspace software.● Familiarity with IT network hardware, AV equipment, or physical security equipment is a plus.● Familiarity with IT asset management or inventory management processes.What We Offer:
