Junior Service Engineer – CCTV / Access Control

The company have a highly skilled team and offer excellent in-house and external training and support.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the servicing, fault finding and technical support on integrated IP CCTV and Access Control systems for a couple of key Enterprise/Blue-Chip clients around the London, Guildford and Reading Areas.

This role will give an opportunity for a junior individual to train in the role, excellent support and training in high-end systems will be provided. Some exposure to security is desirable, or a very similar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing of integrated IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Providing planned maintenance to key clients, mainly large sites.
• Liaising with clients as necessary and offering professional customer service.
• Offering support to the project and technical team where necessary.
• Working with the service desk team including customer service and remote support engineers.
• Travel to sites in London and surrounding areas.

Required:

• Exposure to security systems eg: CCTV & Access Control
• Similar background eg: telecoms, electrical
