On-site Recruitment Account Manager

If your love of recruitment comes from customer service and getting to know your clients on a personal, as well as professional level, then this one’s for you.

The job itself:

You’ll be based on-site with a single retained, managed service (RPO) account, acting as their key point of contact for all talent solutions.

You’ll build strong relationships and become an essential part of their business, being the voice of recruitment expertise to sculpt and improve their talent attraction, interviewing and onboarding, and, of course, providing their future stars.

You’ll be trained to work in a highly specialist industry. Invariably we see experienced consultants join our business and beat their own previous billing records within their first year.

Location – We have a work from anywhere policy, but we like our Account Managers to be regularly on site with their clients so around Bradford would be ideal.

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 + bonus + car allowance + benefits
