Operations Support Manager

Zitko are working with this a rapidly growing fire and security systems integrator support corporate and global clients throughout EMEA. With a UK head office in Wimbledon, London. The Role

  • Work closely with the top 10 suppliers to achieve best pricing and monitor delivery allocations
  • Meet with suppliers quarterly to assess performance and YTD spend
  • Ensure purchasing of materials through distribution is carried out with best practice
  • Maximise risk mitigation by placing orders evenly throughout the distribution supply chain
  • Capitalise on the rebate schemes implemented and ensure these are reached with each distribution partner by end of year customer relations
  • Develop interpersonal relations with clients remotely and promote client loyalty
  • Developing cross selling opportunities through client liaison
  • Develop market research models to survey clients regularly to understand how our service and delivery can be improved
  • Communicate, collaborate and manage the administration and stores teams
  • Develop improved processes utilising both existing and new software systems alike
  • Ensuring all monitoring and back-to-back services are kept up date/cancelled where required in line with client requirements
  • Ensuring all client asset lists remain up to date and PPM checks are validated prior to quarterly/bi-annual certification of client systems’ industry accreditations
  • Hold weekly meetings on a Monday morning to set weekly objectives
  • Contribute to monthly management meetings and work with senior managers within the organisation
  • Organise and budget staff training within the department working with the operations manager
  • Oversee and administer the integration of new IT software introduced into the organisation
  • Engage with IT Support relating to the integration of new software together with day-to-day IT issues
  • Monitor the quality of service provided to IT Support by the organisation
  • Manage the provision of IT equipment and mobile devices to all staff Sub-Contractor Management
  • Ensuring retentions are in-line with client contract requirements
  • To check supplier and sub-contractor invoices against estimate/subcontract orders

 

Package

£46,000.00 per annum plus a £5200.00 yearly bonus

 

Hours: 8:30am –5:30pm Monday to Friday. Company credit card for company expenses, smartphone, laptop, business miles and expenses covered, company pension scheme with employer contribution, 24 days’ paid holiday annually plus public holidays.
