Project Co-ordinator

This role with a reputable security integrator of the latest CCTV and access control tech are seeking the right person to manage all aspects of design, bidding, negotiating, and securing additional works for the service department. Role This is a high profile role which would suit someone both technically minded as well as commercially orientated. You will have excellent organisation and the ability to communicate at all levels. Responsibilities

• To manage mobilisation of new works from the day works area within the service department.
• Generation of quotations and managing delivery of administration activities around each project. Undertake commercial and operational review and approval of project quotes prior to despatch to customer in conjunction with the engineer manager.
• Manage the health and safety aspect of all projects you manage, this includes the construction of RAMs and ensuring there is a safe system or work for the installation team, the customers, employees and members of the public.
• Attend monthly review meetings with the days works delivery team to agree monthly revenues and rolling forecasts.
• Manage and agree any defect lists identified through the mobilisation plan for the installs including timelines and costs associated with the rectification activities.

Required

• Experience within the electronic security services markets.
• Technically assess the risk, survey, and design and have a knowledge and passion for technology across a broad spectrum is essential.
• Ability to select the most appropriate solution verses budget and risk, by means of detailed quotation proposals.
• The ability to manage technical projects from the design stage through to installation.

Package £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
