Recruitment is a complicated business. People can be quiet, loud, introvert, extrovert, kind, arrogant ... I could go on. Are you someone who can talk to anyone, no matter what their personality type? Are you someone who enjoys talking to people, and more importantly, listening to what they have to say? Combine that with how you'd feel if you had a conversation with someone that told you what their dream job was, and this led to them securing that job. How would you feel?
Pretty awesome, right?
Working as a Resourcing Consultant will give you that feeling ... every single day.
Ok, so who are we?
Zitko is a niche recruitment business operating within the global Fire and Security Industry. With a growing reputation for excellence and an unrivalled understanding of the security integration marketplace, our aim is to become the undisputed, number 1 security recruiter in the UK. In a recent employee engagement study, we were rated in the top tier of recruitment businesses in the UK (TRN Index 2017,2018) for employee satisfaction, and a third of our staff have been referred to us by our existing people. On top of all of this we were awarded the title of Employer of the Year 2021!
So what does a Resourcing Consultant do?
Working with our team of consultants to help them fill vacancies, you will manage the entire candidate process; sourcing candidates across various databases; interviewing, qualifying and assessing against set criteria and assisting with interview feedback. You'll also be part of the ongoing candidate management process, ensuring that all our candidates receive the best service possible, with regular updates and advice. You'll be able to use your natural commercial instinct to map the market and attract the very best candidates just at the right time by building up your network.
You don't need to have worked in recruitment before, but you do need to be confident when speaking to people on the phone to be able to engage with them fully. Knowledge of the fire and security is not needed either as comprehensive ongoing training will be given in that too. You do need to be committed, hardworking and a team player.
We think it's a great place to work. But don't take our word for it, find out for yourself. Apply now!
