As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in suitable positions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' requirements, identify qualified candidates, and guide them through the entire recruitment process. Your sales experience will prove invaluable as you build relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate contracts, and close successful placements.

Ideally you will have the following:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and secure placements.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full driving licence and be able to commute to our St Neots office.
