About the Role:

As the Service Director, you will play a vital role in the company's growth and success. 

Profit & Loss Leadership: Oversee financial performance and drive growth in the service business. 

£28M Profit and Loss responsibility which is growing.

 

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead service, renewals, and operations teams to achieve excellence.

 

Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to industry standards.

 

Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Remedials Team: Optimise quotes, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure successful project outcomes.

 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall success.
