Service Technician – Culver City, CA

 We are working with a well-respected security integrator who specialize in CCTV and access control systems and look after a number of high profile tech companies in a strong corporate environment, due to growth of current portfolio an opportunity has become available to join their service team.

The Role:

 The Field Service Technician is responsible for the service, maintenance, troubleshooting of complete systems to the require company standards. You’ll have the opportunity to work for an amazing company that employs the most exceptional type of people. Customers are located worldwide and comprises of large corporate companies.

Requirements:

• Must have an excellent and well-rounded knowledge of IP CCTV and access control systems, preferably high-end enterprise systems such as Lenel, CCure and Genetec.
• Completing service calls and routine inspections, including addressing advanced technical issues to resolve faults within the systems and identifying and replacing equipment as needed.
• Provide phone technical support and onsite support to clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to project schedules, whilst liaising with the relevant department and teams in the business.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years industry experience working within security installation, service or design.
• Relevant systems experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of IP technology and basic networking skills.
