I have a background in both Recruitment and the Aviation industry as Cabin Crew, so customer service is in my DNA. I love to show genuine care and interest when I am speaking to people. But it doesn’t just stop there once they’ve registered with us - I also like to keep in touch with everyone and check-in to see how they’re doing from time to time.

What’s your elevator pitch?

I’m a Senior Consultant working as part of the amazing Resourcing team, ensuring that all of our candidates have an excellent first impression of Zitko from the very start. I speak to many candidates from a variety of backgrounds with a wide range of experience levels as well.

What do you do every day?

I am responsible for ensuring the best possible candidate experience right from initial conversation and registration, through to referring them to the relevant recruitment consultant in order to help secure their perfect role.

I want to fully understand what people are looking for in terms of their next career move and to find out what is truly important to them in the long term.

Who are you interested in talking to?

Regardless of the amount of experience you have, I’m keen to talk to anyone within the fire or security industry, at all levels.

What do you like to do for fun?

My family & friends mean the world to me, so I’m at my happiest when I’m spending time with them. Also, I like to keep as active as possible (mainly so I can enjoy a few glasses of wine at the weekends!) You’ll often find me out on a long walk in the Kent countryside or being absolutely put through my paces 3 days a week by our company PT, Krystle.
