I am a Senior Consultant for the Talent Division, responsible for bringing fresh new talent into the industry. I manage the whole candidate and client experience from candidate attraction through to successful placement on the Zitko Talent Programme. I work with several professional training providers, manufacturers, and Security/Fire Integrators. My goal is to build the engineering talent pipeline and solving the shortage of Fire & Security engineers.
What’s your elevator pitch?
I have worked as a Resource and Training Coordinator for Johnson Controls previously. My experience of the security industry gives me a competitive advantage in my current role.
What do you do every day?
My role varies day to day, but I support the continued growth and development of the Zitko Talent Programme. This includes sourcing and selecting the best candidates from outstanding the industry, assessing suitability, managing the automated video interview process, working with Fire and Security Integrators to ensure placed candidates are mentored, supported, and engaged during employment. The division is scaling very quickly, and it is really exciting.
