Founded in the 1990s, Dublin-based TDS designs and delivers sophisticated visitor management, access control and attendance management solutions.
You’ll find their digital technologies and equipment providing new levels of security, efficiency and opportunity for corporate customers in 44 countries worldwide.
TDS’ clients include over 300 major airport operators, retail and leisure chains, food and drink companies, Universities and logistics organisations, many of which are multinational.
All share one thing in common: the need to have their security systems operational at all times, with a fast, efficient response, should anything go wrong.
Zitko has helped TDS recruit permanent team members for several years.
Out of this, we forged a successful outsourcing partnership, with Zitko resourcing and running the company’s field service operations across England, Scotland and Wales.
Now in its third year, the programme covers all planned and reactive maintenance services. We ensure the necessary contractors are in place to deliver the entire programme.
The Zitko team handles all end-user communication via TDS-branded phone lines and email addresses, and draws down from the service budget agreed at the start of the year.
A strong, flexible pool of contractors ensures efficient coverage and the engineers have built a detailed knowledge of the systems, as well as solid working relationships with end users.
We provide TDS with regular status reports and naturally involve them in any decisions that merit further client input.
