Job Title: Project Manager – Fire & SecurityLocation: Wiltshire (Office-Based with Travel to Sites)Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary IRO : £50,000 

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects across the fire and security sector, managing them from initial planning through to completion. You’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee fire and security projects from start to finish.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Lead and support the installation team to achieve project goals.

• Manage subcontract labour and coordinate with suppliers when required.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide hands-on guidance.

• Maintain strict compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

• Prepare detailed project documentation and progress reports for stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the fire and security industry.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
