Working at Zitko has give me the opportunity to bring my knowledge and expertise of working at the coal-face of recruitment for over 25 years, into an operational and strategic role within the business, whilst also tracking and sourcing the best ways to source candidates in the industry
I head up a fantastic Operations team including administration, HR, finance and marketing, looking after all things operational from the business. My day can be anything from speaking to and sourcing new job boards, reviewing processes, and looking at KPI’s and revenue targets, through to looking at ways for the business to be more cost effective and generate more revenue. It’s a hugely rewarding role that I absolutely love.
I love spending time with my family and trying new things, such as learning the piano. I enjoy dining out and even the odd cocktail.
