Join our winning team in the South and help lead the UK’s fastest-growing security distributor. Oprema is on the hunt for a sharp, confident Business Development Manager to manage and grow a strong customer portfolio, forge new partnerships, and champion our top brands.
You’ll hit the road (minimum 8 customer visits a week), reignite lapsed accounts, and work closely with internal teams and key suppliers—all while driving sales and expanding market share. Trade shows, strategic planning, and customer insights? Yep, that’s part of the game.
What You Bring:
Proven field sales experience in electronic security distribution or similar tech sales
Killer negotiation and communication skills
Commercial savvy with profit-driven focus
CRM savvy (bonus if you know Dynamics or Salesforce)
Organized, detail-focused, confident in front of customers

£80k-£100k OTE
25 days holiday (27 after 3 years) + bank holidays
