A globally recognised Fire Extinguisher Manufacturer are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team! 

With decades of product development, a positive company culture and multi-national reach, this global organisation are offering a brilliant opportunity to join a Mid-Management position with the prospects of further growth in a growing business unit! 

As the Sales Manager, your main priorities are the management of the current sales team and a personal revenue target. You will be leading 2 direct reports with oversight over a wider team and responsible for a $9.5m team target which you will also contribute towards. You will also be responsible for managing Install/Service direct accounts, passive management of the distribution pipeline, attending trade/networking exhibitions, conducting market analysis activities, creating sales forecasting reports and driving revenue growth through strong leadership actions.

To succeed in this position, you will ideally come from the Life Safety sector and have leadership experience. Furthermore, you will be a pro-active and driven person, an exceptional communicator, be able to work autonomously but comfortable with travel to engage with your team, have experience attending trade/networking events and proven business development capabilities. 

This is a remote role where you will be working from home, however face to face engagement with your team and the wider market is crucial, therefore you must be comfortable with travel. 

Remuneration

• £70,000 basic Salary
• 25% bonus
• Company car or allowance
