Overview

• This excellent and growing Security Consultancy is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value physical security and security technology projects across the EMEA region.
• This full-time position is ideal for a motivated and technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment - combining project and people management expertise, technical acumen, and client relationship excellence.
• The successful candidate will oversee all stages of project delivery, from design and implementation to quality assurance and stakeholder management, ensuring that your clients receive best in class security solutions, tailored to their operational needs.

Details:

• Up to £80K basic salary with covered travel expenses and standard benefits.
• Covering UK & EMEA regions with up to 25% travel
• Remote position (UK applicants only)

Role:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent large-scale security design and implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee physical security and low-voltage system design, integration, commissioning, and quality control.
• Contribute to client requirements for corporate, operational or risk/threat management security consulting projects as aligned with candidate skill sets.
• Maintain exceptional standards of client engagement - serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, architects, engineers, and integrators, to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate projects risks, ensuring project issues are tracked, resolved, and documented.
• Where required, develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting the pursuit of target market sectors.

You will need:

• Proven track record in delivering Security projects, ideally exceeding £1M, preferably in both the UK and EMEA.
• Integration or consultancy background considered.
• Experience of delivering projects within the DC environment is beneficial.
