Mental Health Awareness Week
Have you been taking enough breaks?
When I feel stressed or need a break, I've been finding different scenic areas to walk, because honestly, it does wonders for my mental wellbeing.
This was my walk last weekend, where I practiced mindfulness and enjoyed the views around me.
So this is a reminder and seeing as it is #mentalhealthawarenessweek2021
Be kind to yourself,
Look after yourself,
Take regular breaks,
Get some fresh air, a simple walk helps!
Spend time with family and friends,
And finally, please reach out if you are struggling, mental health is just as important as physical health.
