I am lucky enough to head up the Contract division here at Zitko, in my opinion, the best division within the business. 

Contracting is a very fast paced working environment, that requires us to know and understand the skills of our workforce and being able to match those up with client requirements. 

Although contracting is one of the newer divisions at Zitko, we have already made a massive impact on the market.  We believe that this is down to the service we deliver. Not only to clients, but also to our contractors.  We are more than a business that fills labour requirements, we want you to feel like a part of the Zitko family.

What do you do every day?

Working in contracting, no day is the same!

We work with many different types of clients, from businesses that deliver to national accounts to enterprise installers who work across Europe to independent business looking for short-term support. Every assignment we get is as important as the next!

We match our contractors on more than just the systems/products they know, we also look at their site background, location and personality to make sure that the fit is right.

We spend a lot of our talking to contractors, getting a real understanding of what they excel at, to make the most of those skills. We vet everyone we work with, getting references from previous employers and checking their credentials. We can also offer additional vetting such as DBS and BS7858.

What do you like to do for fun?

When not at work, you will usually find me with my husband and daughter. The three amigos are always looking for their next adventure! And if I am not on an adventure you will find me with my nose in a book!
